Jokes 😂 but seriously I can put in my two cents worth now that can help you but at the end of this post it’s up to you to activate the advice/suggestions I’ve made.
If you’re feeling unmotivated, lazy or always finding excuses... the truth is you just don’t care enough. 🤷♀️
When you know exactly what you want and it is honestly IMPORTANT to you... the motivation comes easy. You won’t make excuses and you’ll find ways to make it happen.
We become lazy and unmotivated when it comes to things we don’t want to do. You need to visualise and CONNECT with your goals.
Write them down, put them as your phone or laptop background and review these goals first thing in the morning and throughout the day.
That way you stay CONNECTED to your goals and be reminded of them constantly.
Regardless of how tired you are, how your day has been or how yuck the weather is - you won’t want to let a day slip away without getting closer to your goals!
Once you get connected to your goals you will actually think about the decisions you make.
For example;
So next time you feel like sleeping in… review your goals. When you feel like skipping a training session… Review your goals. When you feel like laying on the couch, wasting the day, and eating junk…Review your goals- and get off your butt and do something towards them 😄
Now that’s not to say that you can’t ever miss a day of training, sleep in or can’t allow for “off days”. Just don’t let those times snowball into a negative spiral that stops you from getting back on track. 💪

Ladies, the weather is heating up which means bikini season is just around the corner! There’s already temptations of replacing gym sessions with beach walks. However, giving up resistance training could cause more damage than you think! Why resistance train?
Resistance training is crucial to maintaining a proper fitness routine. Your muscles will waste away without it. Once you’ve hit your twenties, muscle loss increases rapidly unless you work to maintain or build it. if you don’t use it, you lose it.
Only a few weeks off resistance training can cause muscle loss (if you’ve ever broken a bone you would already know this!).

Care instructions:
925 Sterling Silver is a relatively soft metal. In order to keep jewellery looking shiny and new in the years to come, special care is required.
Avoid direct contact with water and chemical products e.g. soap and perfume. The stones may also get effected by being in damp conditions.
Do not wear your jewellery when in the ocean, swimming pool, spa, sauna/steam room or while bathing or showering.
Rings can be easily exposed to collisions with other surfaces which creates dents and small wounds. Over time, these will slide into each other and the surface and the underside of the ring to become "softer" and the cuts become less visible. Scratches and small bulks are not considered a defect, but just a sign of normal wear and tear for silver.
All stones are fragile and might break or chip if they collide with a hard surface.
Our items are treated with an anti-tarnish treatment. However, sterling silver may still eventually tarnish (oxidize) over time. To avoid this as much as possible, gently wipe your jewellery clean with the polish cloth that is provided after each wear to remove any dirt and oils.
To avoid scratches please store each item individually in provided KURTEF jewellery pouches. This also helps avoiding any exposure from direct sunlight which might cause the jewellery and stone to fade.
